Our Therapists

Alex Alex, CMT
As a young man, Alex realized that it was his mission in life to be a healer. He took his initial massage training in 1992, when he was only 23. A key thing he’s learned is that healing is a simple combination of intention and attention, a realization that freed him to develop a massage that both feels great and heals physically and energetically. His work tends to be deep, and is great for active people and athletes. Alex offers Deep Tissue, Sports, Esalen, Swedish, Trigger Point, Polarity Therapy. He also incorporates energy work, Shiatsu, Acu-pressure, and fascia release.

Andi Andi, CMT
When Andi began teaching yoga 12 years ago, she quickly realized that she needed a better understanding of the human body and it’s functions in order to help her students with certain aches and pains they were complaining about. This led Andi to massage school in 2000, and she has been massaging ever since. Her passion for yoga and good body mechanics is incorporated into her massages. Andi has developed her own unique style over the years, specializing in slow, deep, therapeutic massage, sports massage, and pre-natal.

Candace Candace, CMT, CEO

She continued to study a range of healing modalities, including Cranial Sacral therapy, Watsu, prenatal massage, and, most influentially, structural bodywork under her mentor Corey Katz. Since 1999, massage has been her passion and driving force. She recognizes the critical importance of human touch and therapeutic bodywork, and strives to keep this valuable health service accessible to all income levels and walks of life. Appointments with Candace are available at a separate price scale, on Monday and Thursday mornings.
